These terms govern your use of AtlasClicks, a product of AtlasClicks LLC ("AtlasClicks", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using atlasclicks.com, you agree to them.
AtlasClicks is two things. For businesses, an AI-assisted back office: bookkeeping from connected financial accounts, ad-account monitoring, reporting, and tools to sell their own products online — hosted shop pages, checkout links, a customer portal, customer messaging, and optional Discord role rewards for their buyers. For everyone else, a free personal account: buy from those shops, manage your purchases, Discord roles and messages, browse Discover, promote shops as an affiliate, and use Atlas, the assistant in the app, on the web and on iPhone.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Business workspaces may invite team members; the workspace owner controls their access.
Business workspaces can sell on the Free plan and get 7 days of the Business plan free, with no card needed; nothing is billed unless you subscribe. Paid plans (Business and Atlas PRO) bill automatically each period through our payment processor, Stripe, until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further charges are made. Our refund terms are in the Refund Policy.
Businesses on AtlasClicks can sell to their own customers through checkout pages powered by Stripe Connect. In those transactions, the business — not AtlasClicks — is the seller of record: it sets prices, delivers what was sold, and is responsible for its customers. Funds flow to the business's own Stripe account, subject to Stripe's terms. AtlasClicks provides the software and, where enabled, may charge the business a platform fee that is disclosed to the business.
You can connect third-party services — for example Stripe, bank connections via Plaid, brokerage connections via SnapTrade, ad platforms, or Discord. We access them only to provide the features you've enabled, with the permissions shown when you connect. Financial connections are read-only unless a feature explicitly requires otherwise, and anything that spends money requires your approval in the app. You can disconnect a service at any time.
A personal account can connect one bank so Atlas can answer questions about your own money. That connection is read-only, covers the last 90 days, is used only to answer you, and is never shown to businesses; removing it deletes our copy. Connecting goes through Plaid, and Plaid's terms and End User Privacy Policy apply to that connection.
Businesses may run an affiliate program, and anyone with an account may join one. The business sets the commission, whether renewals pay, a hold period, and whether it approves affiliates by hand. Commissions are set aside at the moment of sale, released after the hold, and paid to the affiliate's own bank through Stripe; a refund inside the hold cancels the commission and a refund after it is deducted from the next payout. Affiliates must promote honestly — no self-referrals, no spam, no misleading claims about the product, no bidding on the business's name — and the business or AtlasClicks may end an affiliate's participation and withhold unpaid commission where these rules are broken. AtlasClicks takes nothing from the commission.
Don't use AtlasClicks for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing; don't sell prohibited goods or services (including anything restricted by Stripe's own policies); don't abuse, probe, or disrupt the service; and don't misuse buyer data you receive through your shop. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for us, other users, or payment partners.
You own your business data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your data to you and those you share it with. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Some features use artificial intelligence to categorize transactions, draft insights, or summarize information, and Atlas answers questions in conversation. AI output can be wrong. It is provided for convenience and is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice; review it before relying on it. When Atlas answers from a bank you connected, it is reporting what the transactions show, not advising you. Atlas never buys anything on its own: a purchase it proposes happens only when you approve it — with Face ID or your passcode when it charges a card you saved, or by completing checkout — and every purchase needs its own approval. If you turn on Atlas remembers you, Atlas keeps short notes about you between conversations; you can have any of them forgotten or turn it off at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasClicks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after changes means acceptance. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. Sections that by nature survive termination (including 4, 8, 10, and 12) survive.
