These terms govern your use of AtlasClicks, a product of AtlasClicks LLC ("AtlasClicks", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using atlasclicks.com, you agree to them.
AtlasClicks is business software. Subscribers get an AI-assisted back office: bookkeeping from connected financial accounts, ad-account monitoring, reporting, and tools to sell their own products online — hosted shop pages, checkout links, a customer portal, customer messaging, and optional Discord role rewards for their buyers.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Business workspaces may invite team members; the workspace owner controls their access.
Workspace subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial, then bill automatically each period through our payment processor, Stripe, until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further charges are made. Our refund terms are in the Refund Policy.
Businesses on AtlasClicks can sell to their own customers through checkout pages powered by Stripe Connect. In those transactions, the business — not AtlasClicks — is the seller of record: it sets prices, delivers what was sold, and is responsible for its customers. Funds flow to the business's own Stripe account, subject to Stripe's terms. AtlasClicks provides the software and, where enabled, may charge the business a platform fee that is disclosed to the business.
You can connect third-party services — for example Stripe, bank and brokerage connections via Plaid, ad platforms, or Discord. We access them only to provide the features you've enabled, with the permissions shown when you connect. Financial connections are read-only unless a feature explicitly requires otherwise, and anything that spends money requires your approval in the app. You can disconnect a service at any time.
Don't use AtlasClicks for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing; don't sell prohibited goods or services (including anything restricted by Stripe's own policies); don't abuse, probe, or disrupt the service; and don't misuse buyer data you receive through your shop. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for us, other users, or payment partners.
You own your business data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your data to you and those you share it with. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Some features use artificial intelligence to categorize transactions, draft insights, or summarize information. AI output can be wrong. It is provided for convenience and is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice; review it before relying on it.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasClicks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after changes means acceptance. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. Sections that by nature survive termination (including 4, 7, 9, and 11) survive.
