Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AtlasClicks LLC collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers atlasclicks.com, the AtlasClicks app, and shop pages hosted for businesses on the platform.

What we collect

• Account information — email address, name if you provide one, and sign-in records. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase.
• Business data you connect — if you link financial accounts (via Plaid), Stripe, or ad platforms, we receive the data those connections provide, such as transactions, balances, sales, and campaign metrics, to power bookkeeping and reporting. Bank credentials are entered with the provider, never on our servers.
• Purchase information — when you buy from a business's shop page, we receive your email, name, and order details from Stripe so the business can fulfill your purchase and you can manage it in the customer portal. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Messages and reports — support messages between buyers and businesses, and bug/issue reports filed on shop pages.
• Discord — if you connect Discord, we store your Discord user ID and username so premium roles can be granted and removed automatically. Connection tokens are stored encrypted.
• Usage and device data — standard logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service: keeping books, generating reports and AI insights, processing purchases, running the customer portal, granting Discord roles, providing support, preventing fraud and abuse, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we don't use your private business data to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make the product work, under their own safeguards: Stripe (payments), Plaid (bank connections), Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, database, authentication), Discord (role rewards), and Anthropic (AI processing of the data needed for AI features). When you buy from a business on AtlasClicks, that business receives your order details — it's the seller, and its own practices apply to how it treats its customers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and security purposes. You can disconnect any linked service at any time, and you can request account deletion by emailing support@atlasclicks.com — we'll delete personal data we're not legally required to keep.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, third-party access tokens are encrypted at rest, and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least access — financial connections are read-only unless a feature you enable requires more.

Children

AtlasClicks is for adults running businesses and their customers; it is not directed to children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
